Built Around the Project.
Commercial. Agricultural. Roofing. Residential.
Gallatin Construction is an Oklahoma-based general contractor helping businesses, organizations, property owners, and homeowners move projects from an objective or problem to a completed build.
Some projects begin with finished plans. Others begin with an existing building, a piece of property, a hard budget, or simply an idea of what needs to be accomplished.
We can start there.
Our Services
New construction, additions, renovations, facility improvements, and specialty projects developed around the needs of the owner, building, and operation.
Shops, barns, livestock facilities, arenas, rural buildings, barndominiums, and specialty projects built around how the property will actually be used.
Commercial and residential roofing, metal roofing, repairs, replacement, and silicone roof restoration—with the existing roof determining the right path.
Custom homes, barndominiums, substantial additions, major renovations, detached buildings, and specialty spaces.
SOME PROJECTS BEGIN WITH PLANS.
Others Begin With a Problem.
An existing building needs to change.
An operation needs more space.
A commercial roof is leaking, but replacement may not be the only answer.
A property owner knows what they want to build but hasn’t determined exactly how to build it.
Those projects require more than putting a number on a predetermined scope.
Gallatin works through the objective, existing conditions, constraints, and practical alternatives before committing to a construction approach.
We don’t expect every project to fit a template. Neither should the solution.
UNDERSTAND FIRST. BUILD SECOND.
Before construction begins, we want to understand the project as a whole.
THE OBJECTIVE
What does the finished project actually need to accomplish?
THE CONDITIONS
What are we starting with—a vacant property, an existing building, an aging roof, or something in between?
THE CONSTRAINTS
How do budget, structure, site conditions, access, schedule, utilities, and existing operations affect the project?
THE OPTIONS
Are there different layouts, materials, building systems, or construction methods worth considering?
THE BUILD
Once the direction is established, Gallatin coordinates the people, materials, schedule, and construction necessary to bring it together.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
54,000 SF Commercial Roof Restoration
Multifamily Property — Oklahoma
An aging commercial roofing system needed additional protection, but complete replacement wasn’t automatically assumed to be the best solution.
After evaluating the existing conditions, a silicone restoration system was selected for approximately 54,000 square feet of roofing.

We don’t believe the contractor needs to personally have every answer.
We believe the contractor should take responsibility for finding the right ones.
