Commercial Construction
Built for the Project. Not the Template.
Some projects start with a complete set of plans. Others start with an aging building, a growing operation, an unusual site, or simply a problem that needs to be solved.
Gallatin Construction works with businesses, schools, organizations, and property owners throughout Oklahoma to plan and execute commercial construction—from new buildings and additions to renovations, structural modifications, and complex existing-building projects.
Commercial Projects
New Construction
Commercial, Educational, industrial, institutional, and multifamily buildings developed around the needs of the owner, site, budget, and operation.
Additions & Expansions
Expanding existing facilities while working through structure, access, utilities, sequencing, and the challenges of tying new construction into an existing building.
Renovation & Adaptive Reuse
Updating and repurposing existing facilities by determining what can be retained, what needs to change, and how to make the building work for its next use.
Speciality & Unconventional Projects
Gallatin takes on select projects that require a more customized approach - from recreational and institutional facilities to agricultural-commercial buildings and other owner-driven projects.
BEFORE WE PRICE IT, WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND IT.
Some Projects Begin With Plans. Others Begin With a Problem.
Not every construction project arrives with a completed set of drawings and a clearly defined scope.
An owner may know what a building needs to accomplish without knowing the best way to get there. An existing structure may need to be expanded, modified, repaired, or partially replaced. A project may have a hard budget that requires several approaches to be evaluated before construction begins.
That’s where Gallatin’s approach becomes especially valuable.
We work through the constraints, evaluate practical alternatives, and involve engineers, architects, suppliers, and specialty contractors where necessary to develop a construction approach that makes sense.
The objective isn’t to sell the easiest solution. It’s to find the right one and then build it.
From Problem to Project
Good Construction Decisions Happens Before Work Begins
Existing Conditions
What are we starting with now? What elements can remain as they are? What needs to change?
Objective
What does the owner actually need the finished building or property to accomplish?
Constraints
Budget, structure, site conditions, access, schedule, existing operations, and other project limitations.
Options
Are there different construction methods, layouts, materials, or scopes that accomplish the objective more effectively?
Execution
Once the direction is established, Gallatin coordinates the necessary pieces to bring the project together.
PRECONSTRUCTION
Have an Idea, But Not a Complete Plan?
You don’t need a finished set of construction documents before talking to us.
Gallatin can become involved early to help evaluate feasibility, preliminary budgets, construction methods, scope, constructability, and potential project paths before major decisions are locked in.
When necessary, we coordinate with the appropriate design and engineering professionals to move the project toward construction.
Early decisions are usually cheaper to change than decisions made in the field.
HAVE A PROJECT IN MIND?
Whether you have completed plans or simply know what you need your property to accomplish, we would be glad to discuss the project.
